Debbie has more than 40 years’ experience in Early Years settings.  Debbie a variety of roles including Chief Officer, Director of Teaching and Learning, Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Early Years, Children and Family Services. 

Debbie has been a visionary practitioner with substantial skills in communication, person centred approaches and flexibility that fosters a positive work ethic. She has dedicated most of her life to developing confident and competent individuals, professionals, educators and providing support in teaching and learning. She is an enthusiastic facilitator of professional development who sustains a consistent ethos and reflective approach. 

Debbie has vast amount of experience in designing, implementing and delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students, incorporating the areas of learning for Early Years Foundation Stage. Debbie has been integral in the monitoring and evaluating of the overall quality of several EYFS providers.
